Chatham Place

Phase 1 of the Chatham Place development in Reading City Centre has been completed.

The mixed use development to the west of the city centre brings together a mix of private residential
and Key Worker housing together with retail, community space, car parking and public open spaces.

Whilst working at Cartwright Pickard Architects, Matt was project architect on the Key Worker housing
and also contributed to the concept design of the private residential and car parking elements of the
scheme.

Phase 2 will see the creation of office and retail space to provide a physical pedestrian connection to the
western end of the city centre and revitalise this part of Reading.
