Green+Partners have successfully gained planning permission to extend and remodel an 18th century farmhouse
building near Nailsea, North Somerset.  The proposed modifications allow the property to continue to provide a
residential use, but with more capacity and flexibility suited to modern lifestyles. Accessibility issues have also
been addressed, further enhancing the accommodation potential of the property.

The proposed modifications have been designed to be in keeping and sympathetic with the original building form
and fabric with particular regard to materiality, form and layout.
